What are your access hours?
Every Big Peach location is accessible from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Do you charge an administrative fee or require a deposit?
No. Big Peach does not charge an administrative fee, and no security deposit is required to rent a unit.
Do I have to buy a lock or insurance from you?
No. There is no lock fee and no required tenant insurance or protection plan.
Can I rent a unit online?
Yes. Choose your location and select View Units & Prices. You will complete the rental agreement and payment securely through our management system.
How do I pay my rent or log in to my account?
Select Tenant Login at the top of any page and choose your facility. Each location has its own tenant portal, so it is important to pick the right one.
What size unit do I need?
Our storage size guide walks through what typically fits in each size. If you are between sizes, the larger unit is usually the better decision.
